Our web hosting provider automatically collects certain technical information as a standard part of operating the Site, including:

  • Uploaded resumes are transmitted securely and are automatically and permanently deleted from our server within a short time window after submission (typically within 30–60 minutes).
  • A copy of your submitted resume is retained via secure email delivery to our hiring team as the permanent record of your application.
  • We restrict uploads to PDF format only and apply server-side security measures to prevent malicious file uploads.
  • We do not store resumes in any public-facing or indexable location on the Site.

3a. How We Store General Contact Form Submissions

  • Our contact form uses WPForms’ (Lite) version, which does not store form entries in a website database.
  • When you submit the contact form, your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, and message are delivered directly to us via email and are not retained anywhere else on the Site.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party services to operate this Site and process applications. Each has its own privacy practices:

  • Hosting Provider: Hostinger
  • Website Platform: WordPress
  • Form Software: WPForms (and the Filenzo file upload extension)
  • Email Delivery: Proton Mail, Google

If Google Analytics or Meta Pixel are added in the future, they will be listed here along with links to their respective privacy policies:

  • General contact form submissions: Not stored in a website database; delivered via email only and retained only in our email records for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry.

8. Children’s Privacy

This Site is not directed at individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
